Not one damn cigar!
One has to ask oneself - exactly what can the USA gain from Cuba? What the hell is Rubio talking about?
We have full diplomatic relations with Vietnam. I don't hear Mr. Rubio complaining about that. He's jsut playing to his Cuban exile base in So. Fla. its aging and dying off and its kids want this situation changed. Rubio is the one out of syn with the times.
